The Best Chicken Gyros

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tb. lemon juice
2 Tb. olive oil
1 large garlic clove minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp.rosemary
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup sliced green pepper
1/4 cup sliced onion
pickles or cucumbers
2 flatbreads breads or pitas
Tzatziki Sauce
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 lemon zest + 1 Tsp. juice
1 Tb. olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
1 Tb. fresh chopped dill
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1. preheat the pan or griddle to medium heat. Cut the chicken into thin slices, place in a medium bowl and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices. mix with hand or fork until all the chicken pieces are fully coated.
